Follow Up

A typical follow-up session is focused on helping you overcome challenges and achieve your desired outcome in small, achievable steps. In the first part of the session we will engage in a ‘talking therapy’ and we will establish what progressive steps you can take in the week that follows. In the second part of the session, your therapist will guide you into hypnosis; a state of deep relaxation and heightened receptivity. This allows direct communication with your subconscious mind, where with positively framed suggestions, your therapist will help you reshape limiting beliefs and reprogram unwanted behavioural patterns. By aligning conscious goals with the potential of your inner self you’ll be empowered to tap into you innate abilities.
